Lester B. Pearson School Board (LBPSB) is one of the largest English school boards in Quebec in terms of student enrollment, serving some 21,000 students in the Youth sector and some 8,700 in its Continuing Education sector. The Board is responsible for a network of 37 elementary schools, 13 secondary schools and 8 Continuing Education Centers.

The Culinary Arts Specialist program focuses on providing students with hands-on experience in the culinary industry.
