Immiland is an intermediary between the client and the landlord. The client must comply with all the demands and requirements that the landlord establishes for renting the place, also for the monthly payments and fees that the landlord may add for the space.

At immiland we have a 100% trained legal team for visa preparation. You will not be obligated to retain our visa services when you obtain our educational services, but you will have the option to contract them and take advantage of a 10% discount on them.
There is no specific number of trips you should make, the recommended logic is that the more trips the better: having 1 trip is better than having 0 trips. The fresher your trips, the better. The more stable the economy of the country you visit, the better.
These extra fees vary according to the program you select and usually consist of fees such as medical insurance, international fees, books, transportation, among others. The approximate cost you should add is CAD$1,000 to CAD$5,000 to the annual tuition fee.
Your study permit is what authorizes you to work part-time. However, in order to do so, your study permit must stipulate a "Work off campus" condition. Please note that this work authorization is different from the CO-OP internship work permit.
