The first step is to sit down and look at the rejection letter and try to understand what happened. It is possible to apply for a Canadian visa as many times as you want. A rejection does not prevent you from reapplying unless you have been accused of misrepresentation.

The letter itself contains several reasons that can give clarity as to what was not presented in the right way. Here you should evaluate this card with very critical thinking and zero subjectivity.
