Eddy Ramirez

Eddy Ramirez is a Canadian immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Ontario and Quebec, with several years of experience in immigration and administrative law.

She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and also holds a special permit from the Barreau du Québec as a Canadian legal advisor (conseillère juridique canadienne – c.j.c.).

Born in Venezuela, Eddy earned her law degree from the Catholic University and is also a member of the Venezuelan Bar Association.

He subsequently continued his legal education in Canada at the Université de Montréal, where he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law and a second LL.M. in North American Common Law. He also earned a diploma in Immigration Law from LaSalle College in Montreal.

Eddy's practice focuses on complex immigration litigation and administrative law matters, including:
