Would you like to apply for a study visa and don't know where to start?

Would you like to apply for a study visa and don't know where to start? Would you like to apply for a study visa and don't know where to start?

In this blog we will share with you 4 basic questions you should ask yourself if you want to study in Canada. Pay close attention to the answers, as there you will find some basic tips required that you should have ready for your visa application.

  1. Who are you? The officer needs to know your identity through official documents that distinguish you. For example: your valid passport and/or ID from your country of origin.

  1. What is my education? To demonstrate the logical thread between our educational background and the program of study to which we wish to apply, it is necessary to present Diplomas, Certificates, Educational Certificates and/or any other document that serves to demonstrate our educational background in our country of origin and the way in which it relates to the desired study in Canada.

  1. How am I going to pay for it?

    Demonstrating
liquid and available funds is key to obtaining a visa; the immigration officer will undoubtedly want to see if you have the necessary amount to pay for your studies and at least the first year of living expenses in Canada. If you are coming with additional family members, keep in mind that you will also need to demonstrate funds for them.

To be honest; the secret is clarity, the more synthesized our banking information is, the less doubts the immigration officer will have at the moment of evaluating your visa.
  1. Why would I return to my home country? Even if your ultimate purpose is immigration, demonstrating roots is a fundamental part of a visa application. To do so, we need to gather a series of requirements that constitute good roots, which can be family, labor or economic. Having good roots significantly reduces the questioning of the immigration officer as to whether you intend to stay in the country beyond the time requested by the government.
