Something Much BIGGER: The Immiland Foundation Is BornSomething Much BIGGER: The Immiland Foundation Is Born

When the earth trembles and shatters thousands of dreams, we become more human…

We would have loved to dedicate this post to celebrating our anniversary by sharing stories of successful immigration to Canada, as we usually do on this blog. However, the earthquakes that suddenly changed the lives of thousands of Venezuelans on June 24, 2026, led us to change the focus of our message.

From day one, we have been working tirelessly alongside our Colombian brothers and sisters and partners to help those affected.

Thanks to thousands of donations, we were able to raise a lot of money, but the mission had to be completed; we knew things could be done better, and that’s how the Immiland Foundation and the Immilanders United for Venezuela project were born…

Just 40 days later, on August 10, those same brothers faced an earthquake of equal magnitude on their own soil, uprooting thousands of dreams.

The Immiland Foundation was bound to be founded…

I don't know if we've all asked ourselves: What should we focus on today? What I do know is that we're all capable of giving much more than we think.

Today I’m writing from the heart to tell you that at Immiland, we’re here not only to stand by you in your moments of triumph, but also to offer a steady, compassionate, and supportive hand when the ground shakes.

Read these lines with me and discover the Immiland Foundation’s mission and how to become an Immilander united by Venezuela and Colombia.

The Immiland Foundation: A Legal and Transparent Structure

The Immiland Foundation is a platform duly registered in Canada, established in response to the twin earthquakes in Venezuela. Two earthquakes, measuring 7.2 and 7.5 on the Richter scale, respectively, struck the north-central region of the country.

The event struck hard in La Guaira, Caracas, Yaracuy, and other regions, leaving homes destroyed, families displaced, fatalities, and an urgent need for immediate medical care.

Faced with this reality, we realized how vitally important it was to organize an urgent fundraising effort

The population urgently needed medical supplies, food, rescue equipment, and logistical support to deliver aid to the hardest-hit areas.

To coordinate everything transparently and promptly, we established the foundation.

Immilanders United for Venezuela

Through this platform, anyone who wants to help through our foundation can donate money to specific missions and volunteer their time to assist in the reconstruction of the affected cities.

Every donation has reached its destination and will continue to do so.

Immilanders are people from all over the world who register with our foundation to donate or volunteer.

You don't have to work at Immiland Law as an attorney, immigration consultant, or at an international law firm, nor do you have to be a language teacher at the Planeta Immiland Academy—you just need to be willing to collaborate.

If you'd like to become an Immilander, you can make a donation or sign up to volunteer at www.immilandfoundation.com.

Venezuela: Thousands of Ants United for a Cause

When a single ant looks at the enormous task before it, it feels that it will never be enough. But when thousands of ants come together with a single-minded purpose, they achieve what no one could do alone.

In light of the earthquake emergency in Venezuela, we realized we couldn't just stand by and watch.

After the earthquake, an entire community responded immediately.

In record time, more than 20,000 Canadian dollars were raised and turned into humanitarian aid.

Based on immigration consultations related to the case during the month of August, revenue of approximately 16,000 Canadian dollars is projected to be raised for the purchase of necessary supplies.

Deliveries have been made through shipments and through our own presence in the hardest-hit areas.

We can only be grateful for such unity and trust. Every donation has reached—and will continue to reach—those who need it most.

This doesn't end today; together, we can ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS.

Colombia: The Strength of Being One Family

When a family member is struggling at home, the whole family rallies to help, embrace, and support them.

We never imagined that the earth would shake again so soon, much less that it would happen on the very ground that had given us so much support during the previous emergency.

The August 10 earthquake in Colombia reaffirmed that we are one family

We stand in solidarity with the people of Manizales, Pereira, Cali, and all the regions affected by the powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake that caused severe damage. The damage has also prompted us to join forces to help every Colombian family.

All departments of our immigration firm: Immiland Law, Immiland Education and Planeta Immiland and the team have joined the cause to overcome the impact of so much devastation in times of crisis, and we have done so in partnership with organizations that are making on-the-ground relief efforts possible, such as ONZA Bogotá, the Colombian Red Cross, and the National Blood Bank.

We share in the grief that has shaken our Colombia. We are here, and we will remain here.

Donations are accepted at the ONZA collection center at its Nogales headquarters.

You can also donate through Misión Ayuda a Colombia on their website or contact us at colombia@immilnadfoundatio.com.

Every little bit counts and will reach its destination

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has already done their part, shared our posts, or volunteered. We also want to thank in advance everyone who will be joining us in the coming days.

Any contribution, no matter how small, is deeply valuable and will be delivered with complete transparency to those who need it.

Join the solidarity network and become an Immilander

Our project, " Immilanders United for Venezuela," is now expanding to Colombia

We will continue to work together for our brothers and sisters wherever a supportive embrace is needed.
