To purchase this service, the employer must have an identified candidate, whom they wish to support in their immigration process.This consultation consists of:30 min with the employer.

The RCIC consultant will evaluate the position, the employer and then determine the most viable immigration streams to be used.30 min with the candidate. RCIC will assess the candidate's background and determine if he/she is eligible for the immigration streams in mind.

At the end of the consultation, both the employer and the candidate will receive an email with the summary of the joint assessment and the advisable next steps in the hiring and immigration process.
