Express Entry issued over 5,000 ITAs in September 2024

In September 2024, the Canadian government issued more than 5,000 invitations through the Express Entry system and the provincial nomination. These invitations were addressed to international citizens with a qualified profession, specialized technicians and also to French-speakers interested in obtaining permanent residency.

Highest scoring draw (CRS) and round type

The highest score shown compares to the three draws in the same month of September, this was 313 and the type of round was from the Provincial Nomination Program, which required a minimum of 732 points.

It should be remembered that the provincial nomination gives a significant boost to the candidate's CRS score, which increases his or her chances of receiving an invitation to apply! In addition, each province takes into account the applicant's profile according to its own economic needs.

Lowest scoring draw (CRS) and round type

The lowest score required was from draw 314 in the category: proficiency in French, invited candidates required a minimum score of 446.

The French proficiency of the invited candidates was assessed through a language test and at a level 7 or higher in all areas of language proficiency, according to the benchmarks established in the Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens.

Important: Express Entry is a direct pathway to Canada for permanent residency, but being invited requires an optimal profile and only those who achieve the highest scores are invited.
