  1. In order to register you must go in person to the food bank(1423 Provencher blvd. Brossard, Québec J4W 1Z3), you must present your ID and your work or study permit.
  2. The registration fee is approximately $20 Canadian dollars, which corresponds to the annual registration.
  3. In this link you can make an appointment to pick up your food.
  4. Once enrolled you will be able to make an appointment once a week which you can request by phone or online. The days you will be able to request this appointment are: Tuesday from 15:00 to 19:00 pm and Thursday from 13:00 to 18:00 pm.
  5. It is advisable to arrive at least 1 hour before your appointment, keep in mind that you will have to pay between $7 to $15 Canadian dollars, the cost will depend on the amount of food that includes non-perishable food, fruits and vegetables.
  6. If there are foods that you will not consume, it is highly recommended that you leave them so that other people have the opportunity to consume them.
  7. If you want to include meats in your market, that cost will be extra to what you pay for other foods.
