This plan only applies to the following people. If you are not on this list please do not schedule this appointment as you are not eligible:

• Have a family member in Canada who is a permanent resident or citizen over 18 years of age living in Canada and outside the province of Quebec,
• The family relationship must be: spouse, common-law partner, child (regardless of age), grandchild, grandparent, parent, grandparent or sibling of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is willing and eligible to support your application (a "support person"). This person must not owe any debt to IRCC or be in prison.
