Ontario Nominating Program (OINP)
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the province's economic immigration program. It operates in partnership with the Government of Canada through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Foreign workers, international students and other persons with the qualifications, experience and training are eligible to apply for nomination in the province of Ontario. Moreover, the OINP recognizes and nominates for permanent residence persons who have the qualifications and experience needed by the Ontario economy, and the Government of Canada makes the final decision to approve applications for permanent residence.
