The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a program that offers skilled workers with characteristics that indicate a strong potential to become economically established in Manitoba an opportunity to be assessed as candidates who can make a long-term positive contribution to the provincial economy and, therefore, are nominated for permanent resident status in Canada.

The principal person who registers his or her interest in applying for the MPNP must submit an expression of interest.
