This process is designed to have IRCC review certain aspects of your case again, taking into account information, documents, or factors that may not have been properly considered in the initial decision.

The reconsideration service is intended for individuals who believe that IRCC made an error in the assessment of their immigration application. This process requires a strategic and detailed review of the case to determine whether there are solid grounds for requesting a reassessment. The service includes gathering and reviewing key information, drafting a reconsideration letter with structured arguments, and providing the necessary instructions so that the applicant can submit the request directly to IRCC.
Please note: It is crucial that you do not purchase this service without first consulting an immigration consultant or the immigration team at Immiland Canada to proceed with your reconsideration service. Please be aware that this is not a service recommended for all clients, as it is quite specific.

This service is available to clients who have previously received immigration advice from the Immiland Canada team and have been recommended to proceed with a reconsideration request.
