The "Talk to My Employer" consultation is designed to support employers who are directly involved in the immigration process of their current or potential foreign worker. This session allows our licensed immigration professionals to speak directly with the employer, clearly explain their role, and guide them through the requirements, options, and responsibilities related to hiring and supporting a foreign worker in Canada.
This consultation helps employers feel informed and compliant, while reducing delays, errors, and misunderstandings.
To purchase this service, the employer must have an identified candidate whom they wish to support in their immigration process.
This service is ideal for employers who:
According to the CICC Code of Ethics, it is mandatory to have a consulting contract that you must review and sign. Once you purchase this consultation, you will receive a link with the contract and information about the assigned consultant.
Before submitting an LMIA application, it is important to ensure that the recruitment process, documentation, and portal information are consistent and aligned with the program requirements.
During our LMIA Application Review Session, we review the application with you and provide practical feedback on potential issues, missing information, or inconsistencies.
This service is especially useful for employers or representatives who have already prepared an LMIA application and want a professional review before submitting it.
Cost: $1,000 CAD
Duration: Up to 2 hours
Format: Video call
During the session, we can review job postings, recruitment efforts, supporting documents, and the information entered into the federal portal.
We can assist you in the areas where you need it most. The review can be completed in a single session or paused and resumed later, depending on the stage of the application and the client’s progress. For example, the first part of the call can be used to review the job postings and recruitment strategy, while the remaining time can be reserved for a later review of the portal information and supporting documents once they are ready. The call can also be paused if additional time is needed to carefully review or process certain information, as some issues cannot be resolved in real time during the session.
This service provides professional guidance based on the information and documents available at the time of the review.
Approval is not guaranteed, as all decisions related to LMIA are made by Service Canada/ESDC.
