Eduardo Silva

Eduardo is a professional dedicated to immigration education, human rights and refugee protection, with a deep commitment to the dignified, fair and compassionate treatment of all people, both within the legal systems and in the digital environment.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law Enforcement Studies from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and a background in mediation, which allows him to approach immigration processes with a holistic view that combines legal analysis, understanding of human behaviour and effective conflict resolution.
Eduardo is also a Regulated Immigration Consultant in Canada (RCIC), which supports his professional practice and his ability to legally represent and advise clients in a wide variety of immigration processes before Canadian authorities.

He has worked as an immigration instructor at Ashton College, where he has trained new professionals in the sector, transmitting an approach based on ethics, social responsibility and the correct interpretation and application of Canadian immigration laws. His teaching and practical experience positions him as a reference on issues of protection, due process and support for people in vulnerable situations.
