He has worked with renowned educational institutions in Canada, Australia, and Europe, leading student recruitment strategies, market expansion, and the strengthening of agency networks. He currently serves as Senior Business Development Manager – Americas for BSBI Spain, promoting international academic opportunities and supporting students and educational partners in achieving their global education goals.

Connecting Latin American talent with global academic opportunities is more than just my job—it’s my passion. Based in Latin America—with a special focus on Colombia, Peru, and Chile—I design and implement strategies so that Latin American students can experience studying at the University of Europe, whether in the heart of Germany or in vibrant Dubai. My work combines business development, strategic partnerships, and educational marketing, all with a single goal: to open doors so that more young people can transform their futures through international education.

With over 15 years of experience in the international education industry. Throughout my career, I have led expansion strategies in key Latin American markets, building strong relationships with educational agencies, institutions, and strategic partners to drive the recruitment of international students to Canada.

She leads the commercial strategy and business development for Latin America, strengthening strategic relationships and promoting the institution’s growth in the region. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from CESA and a Master’s degree in Marketing from EAFIT University. She has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a solid track record in industries such as pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, finance, and international education. Throughout her career, she has led multicultural teams and high-impact projects, specializing in leadership, the development of strategic alliances, the strengthening and management of commercial relationships, the opening of new markets, product development, and the generation of new business opportunities.
