What are you looking for?
In 2026 and the following years Express Entry will represent the gateway to permanent residency in Canada. However, residency quotas have been reduced in November 2025. For this reason if your goal is residency you must prepare yourself with time, diligence and responsibility to achieve the goal you desire.
This master class is for you if:
- You are INSIDE Canada as a student, worker, or even a tourist and wish to transition to permanent residence.
- If you are OUT of Canada but your life goal is to immigrate! Under this option you do not need to have studied or worked in Canada.
- If you are in a country other than your own and are without valid immigration status.
- Issues to keep in mind while studying
This master class is not for you if:
- You have extremely specific questions about your case. In that situation it is best to schedule a 1 hour consultation with a regulated member of our team so that they can answer them thoroughly.
- You think that getting permanent residency in Canada is very simple and you don't have to work hard.
- You are not willing to learn languages (yes, both English and French).
- You are afraid of challenges.

- What is known or accepted as work experience for Express Entry.
- Options for people in the province of Quebec.
- Options for people in countries without documentation.
- Understand the importance of previous requests for temporary processes.

At the end of all the content there will be a 45-minute question and answer session.
DAY 2
The practical part

DAY 3
How do I extend my work permit, if I don't have enough time?
Extend through labor
- Focus on LMIA exemptions:
- FTAs. Here we will understand in depth topics such as requirements of each FTA, benefits of each one of them, professionals and technologists covered.
- French-speaking mobility
- How to present this process to the employer
- Job offer requirements
- Validation of the job offer
Extend through educational channels:
- We will understand what this implies,
- We will evaluate options to make this move in a responsible manner.

- Send documents
If time does not permit, then should I leave Canada?
- Options if you have already left Canada
At the end of all the content there will be a 45-minute question and answer session.
