Settlement

The settlement service is only available in the city of Montreal and it includes:

1. Housing search:

Apartment with bathroom and private kitchen. Estimated cost of the apartment is between $850 CAD and $1,050 CAD per month.Private room in shared housing (shared bathroom and kitchen). Estimated cost of the room is between $450 CAD and $650 CAD per month.

2. Pick up at the airport

3. Introduction to the city

4. Opening a bank account

5. Obtain metro and bus card.

6. Opening cell phone and Wi-Fi plan.

Total cost for settlement service is $2,500 CAD. I recommend it if you’re planning to stay in Canada for 6 months or more.

* It is recommended to acquire the service once the visa has been approved and at least 1 month before arriving to Canada.
