PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Below please get detailed information about our services:

It will be a great pleasure for Immiland to accompany you throughout the visa application process to achieve your immigration objectives.

First, an employment contract must be sent in which the applicant retains my services and appoints me as his immigration representative in Canada (this contract seeks to protect the interests of the client). The contract must be signed on the last page and also initial all the others.
Once the contract is signed, the list of documents and information required to carry out 100% of the application will be sent. In the same I fill out forms, wrote letters in English of motivation, information of the applicant and presentation of economic funds.
Once the client has sent me 100% of the requested requirements plus the full payment of the professional fees, within 10 business days the application will be ready to be sent. Therefore, I am 100% responsible for the entire application, this includes:

  • Filling of Forms,

  • Drafting of letter of reasons,

  • Drafting a letter of presentation of funds,

  • Sending the application package,

  • Constant monitoring of the application after it is sent,

  • Direct information to the client of any change or novelty in the application, including request for biometrics and final decision and finally,

  • If required, direct communication between the consultant and the government of Canada.
