Yukon Nomination Program (YNP)

The Yukon Nominee Program accepts applications from nominees both inside and outside Canada. This program is only available to:

Program Worker (YNP); or
Entrepreneur under the Yukon Business Nominee Program.

Restrictions for this type of visa

Requires a job offer.
Refugee claimants and/or persons inadmissible to Canada are not eligible to apply for this program.
Must be committed to working and living in Yukon on a permanent basis.

Requirements for this type of visa

In order to be eligible for nomination, you must

Have a full-time job offer from an eligible Yukon employer; and
Meet the specific criteria of your application.
