The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a program that offers skilled workers with characteristics that indicate a strong potential to become economically established in Manitoba an opportunity to be assessed as candidates who can make a long-term positive contribution to the provincial economy and, therefore, are nominated for permanent resident status in Canada.
