Affidavit in support of Letter Against Delays or Pre- Mandamus
These oaths provide evidence of the damage caused by the delay and are necessary to provide genuine support for the case.
The affidavit can be made for different people in different situations, for example:
- Sworn statements from each affected person, explaining in detail the psychological, health, economic and labor damages caused by the unjustified delay.
- If the damage has medical or psychological support, the corresponding reports must be attached with their proper translation.
- If an employer is affected, an affidavit must be filed for the employer explaining the prejudice generated by the delay.
