A CAQ is a document that authorizes a foreigner to work or study in the province of Quebec for a period of more than 6 months.
A Quebec Certificate of Acceptance (CAQ) is a document issued by the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francophonie et de l'Intégration (MIFI) authorizing a foreigner to work or study in the province of Quebec for a period of more than 6 months.

Requirements for this document
The requirements vary whether you are a worker or a student.
