• I understand that Immiland Law's services do not extend to labour administrative tribunals in any province of Canada.
• I understand that Immiland Law's services do not extend to initiating a complaint before any workers' rights protection committee.
• I understand that Immiland Law's services are exclusive to evaluation and application for an open work permit for vulnerable worker.
• I understand that Immiland Law's services are exclusive to the evaluation and initiation of a civil action for damages and indemnification.
• I understand that if after the appointment I wish to hire the services of Immiland Law to apply for an open work permit and/or initiate a civil complaint, these services will be hired separately and the amount paid for the 1 hour appointment will not be deducted from the cost of the application and/or complaint service.
