- In this appointment Eddy Ramirez, immigration attorney will be able to review with you legal issues focused on areas of business and labour law with a focus on immigration law only, the aspects to be explored in business law are:
- Federal and Provincial Incorporation,
- Business development strategy in Canada,
- The aspects to be explored in labour law are:
- Violations of foreign workers' contracts,
- Violations of the foreign worker dismissal process,
- Evaluation of the possibility of applying for an open work permit under the "Vulnerable worker" category.
